At Sit n' Stay, we are not the normal pet sitting business. We did extensive research about the industry before even starting our company. When you hire Sit n' Stay for your pet sitting needs, you are not hiring an individual, you are hiring a company. This means that your pets will always receive the same high level and quality of care, even if your assigned pet sitter is sick, or away on vacation. In doing our research, we found that the majority of pet sitters had a lifetime of approximately three years. The reason for this is burnout. As a pet sitter, you are working mornings, middays, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays. You are also often on call! Sounds fun, right?? Well most pet sitters get into the industry because they love animals. But after about three years, that love of animals cannot withstand the burden it puts on your family and personal life. We have designed our company with the customer in mind. We know that you do not want to search for a new pet sitter every few years, wondering who you can trust, and burdening family and friends to care for your pets when you cannot. We carefully screen every pet sitter applicant, interview, background check, and train them for you, so that you know with peace of mind that every Sit n' Stay pet sitter has our stamp of approval! All of our sitters are also fully insured and bonded for your, and our, protection.         Once you are a Sit n' Stay customer, you will always be taken care of, even if your sitter is sick or on vacation. We also try very hard to keep our sitters happy and healthy, so they do not suffer from burnout! One way we do that is by making their job as simple as possible. The only thing we want them to worry about is taking care of your pets! We take care of all the administrative duties, paperwork, phone calls, scheduling and billing. We do not allow our sitters to give out any of their personal informaion or their phone number, so their time off can truly be relaxing. Our staff has a first and foremost love for animals, and when dealing with your pets, we are delighted to treat them as if they were our own!
